EC Dishes- Beelzenian Maki Rolls

Description

This is partially inspired by the Snack Sushi dish from this video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=D68rMU… except it's a lot more sophisticated.

It's a fusion dish compromising of ingredients from both Jakoku and the Beelzenian Empire. They're easy to make and is great for snacks or small meals for those who don't like raw fish or ran out of tuna.

~Ingredients~
-Sliced avocado
-Chopped Asmodean eggplant
-Chopped Green onion
-Mayo and Sriracha Sauce for Spicy mayo(Any other hot sauce is also acceptable)
-Soy Sauce
-2 sheets of Nori(Seaweed)
-Sushi Rice
-Pork(NO BAEMU PIG!)

~Preparations~
Use a knife or spoon to slice the avocado and transfer it to a plate, then proceed to do the same with both the Green onion and Asmodean eggplant.

Next the spicy mayo, use a bowl and put a few scoops of Mayo in it, then squirt Sriracha sauce or any type of hot sauce on it and mix it together.

Next the maki roll, lay out the Nori(Seaweed) on a bamboo rolling mat and gently spread the sushi rice on top of it. Then put the chopped vegetables on the rice in a line and proceed to add in the meat: Beelzenian pork.

NOTE: Pork is not like raw fish so please cook it first, it can also be made with any type of Beelzenian Pig meat, but Baemu pig is strictly prohibited due to rumored causes of Gula Disease, anyone tried making this at a cooking contest will be disqualified and/or go to prison for affecting people.

Once the meat is in, roll up the maki roll tight and proceed to cut it into 8 or 10 equally sized pieces.

Line up the 8 or 10 pieces of maki onto a plate, 4 or 5 on each side. Top it with Chopped Green onion, Spicy mayo, and soy sauce. Then garnish the plate with the two sauces, 'cause it's fancy ;-)
